How To Manage Your Line:
Line management includes recharge, activation, renewal, and validity checks.
The line cannot be managed directly through the watch. We recommend managing online it via the Alfa App or the Alfa website, without removing the SIM card from the watch.

eSIM is the latest technology in SIM cards where the SIM is embedded in the mobile device. eSIM allows you to activate a mobile number without having to use a physical SIM.

• If you are an Alfa subscriber, whether Prepaid or Postpaid, you can replace your existing SIM card with an eSIM for a one-time fee of $1.67 (VAT. Excluded).

How to get your eSim:

• Postpaid subscribers
  You can complete the entire process online. Simply log in using your username and password, fill out the eSIM form, and we will send you the QR code by email within 24 working hours.
• Corporate subscribers
  Administrators can also complete the process online. They can log in using their username and password, fill out the eSIM form, and we will send the QR code by email within 24 working hours, along with the eSIM setup instructions for the administrator or the line holder.
• Prepaid subscribers
  Prepaid customers must visit any Alfa store or POP with an ID or valid passport to get the QR code and activate the eSIM on a supported device.

How it works

An active data bundle (or Wifi) is mandatory during the installation.

With eSIM, you can now use up to two lines at once on your phone with one SIM card and another eSIM. You can also store multiple eSIMs on your device at the same time and switch between the eSIMs right from your devices settings to choose only one eSIM to be active at a time.

The QR-code provided should not be shared with anyone and should be kept in a safe place as you might need to re-download your profile whether on the same device or on another device.

For device settings:

1) Steps for I-phone:

• Go to Settings
• Select Cellular
• Push on Add Cellular plan – the camera will automatically open to scan the QR code
• Press on the notification, and select E-SIM add profile page. Wait until the profile is completely downloaded, to receive a confirmation message

2) Steps for android:

• Go to the settings
• Select Connections
• Go to SIM card manager
• Press ‘Add a mobile plan’
• Choose ‘Scan carrier QR code’ and scan the QR code

Important to know

• eSIM is currently not available on Apple watch.
• If you lose your device, to pass by any Alfa store and purchase a new SIM/eSIM.
• With eSIM, you can put up multiple phone numbers, which you can add, activate, deactivate and delete directly from your device settings.
