Limited International Access
The Limited International Access enables subscribers to make international calls. Subscription is free of charge. The limited access is $16.67. After 3 months, the $16.67 limit can be changed to $26.67.
Unlimited International Access
This service allows you to make international calls for an unlimited amount (80% of your deposit).
To activate the Unlimited International Access, you must submit a bank guarantee or a deposit of $50, along with a direct debit from the bank as a method of payment. The international Letter of Guarantee subscription is free of charge and is activated within 24 hours.
Roaming
Subscription to the Roaming service is free of charge. To Subscribe you must submit a deposit of $300 or a letter of guarantee.
N.B: The deposit and the letter of guarantee are mandatory even if you have an active direct debit for the last 6 months with no bill incidents.
Make sure that we have an agreement with the country you are visiting.
SMS Roaming
Subscription is free of charge. Be sure that we have an agreement with the country you are visiting.
SMS roaming is activated by default on all postpaid users’ lines.

Subscription is free of charge.

If you have an Alfa Postpaid or Business line, you have to come in person to receive a new one.

Moreover, you can authorize someone on your behalf to replace the lost or stolen SIM card. The authorized person should hold his/her valid Identity Card along with an express delegation signed by you. In case of an Alfa Business line, the delegation must be stamped with the official company logo.

Validity
- For prepaid: The Mobile internet bundle subscription will be automatically renewed every 30 days for the 1 month validity bundles. If you don’t have enough credit and your line is in retention period (6th day), your service subscription will be automatically cancelled.
- For postpaid: Your mobile Internet bundle will be charged from the activation date and the MBs you will receive will be proportional to the duration from activation till bill cycle date.
SMS notifications
- For prepaid: SMS Notifications will be sent upon reaching 50%, 80% and 100% of the allocated MBs.
- For postpaid: SMS Notifications will be sent upon reaching 50%, 80% and 100% of the allocated MBs except for first subscription or instant bundle renewal only 100% consumption SMS will be received.
Once you consume your total bundle, five Alert messages for Extra Megabytes will be sent, but you will not receive any SMS notification after the "Last Alert" notification message
Renew or Modify
- For prepaid:
If you choose to modify your data bundle subscription, the new subscription will be effective on the renewal date.
If you consume your total bundle, you can instantly renew the same, higher or a lower bundle.
You can activate automatic data renewal to avoid using extra MBs and perform instant renewal for the same active bundle automatically once the MBs are totally consumed.
- For postpaid:
If you choose to modify your data bundle subscription, the new subscription will be effective immediately.
If you consume your total bundle, you can instantly renew the same, higher or a lower bundle.
You can activate automatic data renewal to avoid using extra MBs and perform instant renewal for the same active bundle automatically once the MBs are totally consumed.
- Iphone:
1. Restrict iTunes and App Store downloads: You can prevent iTunes and the App Store from downloading music, movies, apps and so on when you are away from a Wi-Fi signal. To do so, go to Settings > iTunes & App Store and toggle off Use Cellular Data.
2. Turn off i-cloud: Go to Settings > cellular > i-cloud drive and toggle off.
3. Disable background app refresh: Go to Settings > General > Background App Refresh in order to turn this setting off completely. You may choose the apps that may use data in the background of your phone, or turn them all.
4. See which apps are using the most data: Go to Settings > Cellular and you can see how much data you've used in the current billing period and below that you'll see a list of your apps. Under each app's name is the amount of data it has used for the current billing period. You can monitor the usage of each app and You can toggle off any app that you do don’t need to use data from your cellular plan.
5. Disable Wi-Fi Assist: To disable Wi-Fi Assist, go to Settings > Cellular and scroll all the way to the bottom to turn off Wi-Fi Assist.
6. Download music, don't stream: Go to Settings > Music. In the Streaming & Downloads section, you'll see two settings if the first is enabled. The first, Use Cellular Data, lets you disable streaming via a cellular connection entirely. If that's too drastic a measure for you, then you can leave that setting enabled and turn off High Quality on Cellular to stream songs at a lower bitrate when you aren't on Wi-Fi.
7. Podcasts app: Go to Settings > Podcasts and turn off Cellular Data. You can also enable Only Download on Wi-Fi to prevent podcast downloads from adding to your data usage.
8. Check location services: Go to settings > Privacy > Location services and select Put location on apps "while using" or "never" instead of always.
- Android
1. Check which apps are using the most data: Go to Setting > Mobile Network or connections > Data Usage > Mobile Data usage and you can see how much data you've used in the current billing period and below that you'll see a list of your apps. Under each app's name is the amount of data it has used for the current billing period. You can monitor the usage of each app and You can toggle off background Data any app that you do don’t need to use data from your Data plan.
2. Turn off auto-Updates: Open the Play Store app > Setting > General > Auto Updates apps click do not auto update Apps
3. Turn off Photos auto updates: Open the Photos app > Photos Setting > back up & Sync > Cell data usage and toggle off Use Back up photos over Data
4. Turn off Smart Network Switch: Go to Settings > Wi-Fi > More Setting and turn it off.

We have four bill cycles. Monthly subscriptions are always paid in advance. Consumption is paid as follows:
Bill cycle 8: Consumption between the 9th at 0:00 and 8th at 24:00 of each month
SMS bill will be delivered between the 10th and 11th of the month.
Bill cycle 15: Consumption between the 16th at 0:00 and 15th at 24:00 of each month
SMS bill will be delivered between the 17th and 18th of the month.
Bill cycle 22: Consumption between the 23rd at 0:00 and 22nd at 24:00 of each month

Jibayat Domicile
Jibayat is a collection company that delivers invoices to Alfa clients and collects the duesat the same time. The dispatch rider visits the client according to your given address. The date of the invoice issue is the 25th and the client has a delay between the 5th and 19th of the following month. The amount must be paid directly to the dispatch rider and a receipt will be given on the spot.
Credit limit is a monetary value that represents the monthly allocated unbilled airtime on your postpaid line (Minutes, SMS, and Extra MB). It represents the total amount you are allowed to spend on your line during a certain bill cycle.
During the bill cycle, you will receive up to 3 SMS notifications about your consumption to help you keep track of your bill.
