Important to know
Prepaid
- If all your MBs are consumed before the renewal date; you can renew your bundle on the spot Online. Extra MBs consumption is not available.
- To instantly renew your current AlfaNet bundle, please make sure your bundle MBs are totally consumed.
- Upon successful instant renewal, the AlfaNet bundle fee is deducted from your account balance.
- When the bundle subscription expires, remaining MBs, if any, will be lost.
- The AlfaNet line can receive credits and recharge transfers.
- SMS notifications will be sent to a secondary number (it can be an Alfa or a non-Alfa number).
- If you cancel your bundle during its validity, it will remain active until the end of the 30 active days.
Postpaid
- If all your MBs are consumed before the renewal date; you can renew your bundle on the spot Online. Extra MBs consumption is not available.
- Upon successful instant renewal, the AlfaNet bundle fee will be added to your Alfa bill.
- When the bundle subscription expires, remaining MBs, if any, will be lost.
- SMS notifications will be sent to a secondary number (it can be an Alfa or a non-Alfa number).
- If you cancel your bundle during its validity, it will be cancelled immediately.
