Important To Know 

  • You can schedule the activation, deactivation or modification of the Mobile Internet Online; up to the next 3 months.
  • Your mobile Internet bundle will be charged from the activation date and the MBs you will receive will be proportional to the duration from activation till bill cycle date. For example, if your bill cycle is on the 8th and you activated the bundle on the 5th, you will benefit from: (remaining days  x  MBs data bundle / 30).
  • The 2 and 3 months validity bundles are not shareable for postpaid and prepaid.
  • Your subscription to the monthly data bundle will be paid one month in advance. As for the 2 and 3 months validity bundles, they will be automatically renewed every 2 or 3 months on the activation date, independently from the bill cycle.
  • SMS Notifications will be sent upon reaching 50%, 80% and 100% of the allocated MBs except for first subscription
  • If you’re out of MBs before your subscription expires, you have the possibility to continue browsing using extra MBs, which will be charged on your bill.
  • If you choose to unsubscribe, the remaining MBs, if any, will be lost and the service will be cancelled immediately.
  • If you choose to modify your data bundle subscription, the new subscription will be effective immediately.
  • If you want to use the internet on your mobile while abroad, you need to subscribe to Data Roaming.

  • When you cancel your Mobile Internet, the remaining MBS will be lost, and the bundle price is non-refundable.

How It Works

AlfaPay is enabled by default for all prepaid and postpaid subscribers.
Whenever you try to purchase goods from specific merchants with whom Alfa has an agreement (through LibanCall), the AlfaPay option will be displayed among other methods.
In case you are making the purchase over a non-Alfa network, you will be asked to confirm through a PIN authentication method.
Your PIN code will be received by SMS and you will have to type it on the merchant store to complete the purchase.

  • Secondary account users can confirm their subscription to U-share by sending an SMS to 1323 (within 24 hours) only after receiving an SMS invitation from the primary user.
  • Secondary account users can unsubscribe from U-share at any time, effective immediately.
  • Secondary account users can either subscribe to a U-share or a Mobile Internet bundle, though any active data bundle will be cancelled upon subscribing.
  • Extra MB consumption is not allowed for secondary users.

  • For each and every time you roam, you are only charged for your MB usage abroad. Charges depend on the foreign country visited

  • Data Roaming is only operational in countries with which Alfa has Data Roaming agreement

Important To Know

  • If you have the "Regional Roaming" service on your line, you need to switch it to the Standard Roaming service.

  • No special settings are required for the Data Roaming service if you already have the Alfa Local Internet service settings on your handset.

 

 

 

International access is a service that allows you to make and receive international calls.

How It Works

Two options are available:

  • Limited International Access allows you to make international calls up to $16.67 (or $26.67 depending on certain criteria). This option is active by default

The Private Number service is mandatory and free on the twin card, so the twin number cannot be called.
Calls diverted from the main number to the twin are done automatically and free of charge if:

  • The main number can call Twin (only if diverted calls is activated) by dialing its own number

Important To Know

    - The 8-digit mobile number you want to send credit to, followed by the letter T and the amount of dollars you wish to transfer
    - The SMS format should be: 03 / 71 / 76 / 79 or 70XXXXXXT, then the amount
    Note: You will receive a confirmation message for every transaction.

    Simply dial *111# and follow the steps.
     
  3. Mobile Application 
    Download the application to manage your line services.
     
  4. Online 
    Click on Credit Transfer and follow the steps for a successful and secure online credit transfer.

 

How Much It Costs
Subscription fee: Free of charge.
Credit transfer fee: $0.09 per transaction (additional SMS costs are applied if roaming, depending on the operator you are roaming with)
The amount transferred will be billed on your next bill cycle.

 

How To Subscribe/Unsubscribe
Credit Transfer is active by default and can only be cancelled by calling 111.

 

Important To Know

  • The amount transferred must be between $0.50 and $8
  • The total amount to be transferred during a bill cycle should not exceed $8
  • Only credit will be transferred, not validity
  • Credit transfer is not allowed if the prepaid line is in retention
  • Prepaid Mobile Broadband subscribers are allowed to receive credit
  • Post to Pre Credit Transfer is allowed while roaming
  • Manage your credit transfer PIN through USSD Click Here (*111#)

 

The Detailed Bill allows the subscriber to obtain by email a detailed information of the outgoing events done during the month (including Data / SMS / Voice / Etc.)



How It Works
The Detailed Bill lists all the following information:

  • Monthly subscription fee
  • Subscriptions
  • Date and hour of calls
  • Dialed numbers
  • Length of calls
  • Radio cost, pertaining to the mobile part of your call
  • Telecom cost, pertaining to the fixed part of your call
  • Date, time and telephone number which SMSes were sent to, along with their cost

Important To Know

  • In order to change the e-mail address, a written request signed by the owner of the number must be sent to Alfa either through fax (03-391124) or at POS or by email to the following email address: alfa.customercareteam@alfamobile.com.lb
  • You can request your detailed bills from the past 6 months
  • You can receive a detailed bill for incoming calls only if you present a signed demand from the general prosecution

 

 

This service allows you to send and receive messages on your mobile.

You can even send messages abroad, even if you haven’t chosen the International Call option on your mobile; you would just have to pay the standard rate. However, your correspondent abroad must be on a network that has signed a roaming agreement with us.

How It Works

  • Go to the contact of the person you wish to send a message to, or type in the number manually
  • Write your message :
    - English language (maximum of 160 characters)
    - Arabic language (maximum of 70 characters)
  • and then send. You can send messages from either your mobile, or from one of the following devices connected to your phone:
    A Digital Personal Assistant
    A Tablet
    A PC equipped with SMS communication software
